23 D (5) Profiling Machine

Lateral pressure rollers move with left spindle which is before and after of it. Thanks to that system it is needn't also to adjust of lateral pressure during the process of the wood in different width.

Cutter protection covers are attached with hinges and they could be easily opened and closed.

Top pressure bar after the top and over the second bottom spindle prevents rough surface on the wood, which can be on it.

Outfeed table and the lateral pressure bar on it can move through four directions. So, it is possible to produce various profiles.

The setting handles, which get all the movements related to all the spindle adjustment, have been placed in front of the machine.

 

 

The distance between spindles and feed rollers are shortened. So, it is possible to get shorter work pieces without any problem.

There is an additional control panel placed near the setting handles, and it has four buttons, which control up-down and forward-backward movement of the feed rollers on it. And also it has an emergency shut-off button too.

Flat belt drive system of spindles get quiet running so, it is possible to have a smooth surface on the wood.

Spindles have five high-performance and long lasting bearings without any need of lubrication.

Our machine is completely enclosed for safety and protection against noise and dust. And it has also inner illumination.

Exhaust pipes are centralized on the top of the cover. So, exhaust tubes are out of the working area.

A lubrication system with diesel is on the table surface. Minimum surface rubbing is provided.

Feed rollers' movement are with cardan shaft and this system is long lasting and without upkeep.

Two of feed rollers are over the lateral spindles. These spindles are min. 1,5 cm width and so more feeding performance is provided.

Spindles can be fixed on the tip of them. It gets facility for chancing cutters.

Feed rollers' diameter is 140 mm: Desired position is provided by adjustment of screws on infeed and outfeed rollers.

The part in front of the first bottom spindle is hardened against corrosion and slotted to reduce noise.

Feed speed can be adjusted by means of a button and seen digital readout on control panel.

Pneumatic pressure for all feed rollers, lateral rollers, and top rollers and bars can be controlled three separate centres. Pneumatic pressure compensates qualified feeding for large variances in workpiece width and thickness by preventing them getting stuck.

All working height adjustment of feed rollers can be set easily at the touch of a button.

Infeed table and edge-jointing fence can be adjusted up to 10 mm by single movement and fixed at the same time.

First bottom spindle is equipped with a reference engraver for making straight the edge of the wood leaning edge-jointing fence and reforming its base sensitively.
